App for clocking in the group's employees. An iPad is placed at each entrance of every building in the group. The employee taps their name. The iPad takes a photo of them and sends it to the server to be integrated into the schedule on gextra.net

Description:Site that lets a real-estate agency or an individual post listings, hold secure digital files filled in by tenants themselves, pre-validate documents via an AI, generate and digitally sign leases, and handle automatic payments and money transfers.

Challenges met:Managing an international team, particular attention to UX, developing many features in parallel.

Responsibilities:Project setup, market research, technical architecture design, leading a development team, scaling and security management. After-sales support.

Description:High-traffic site allowing medical students to prepare for the national ECNi exams and competitions. More than 20,000 students and over 1,000,000 questions answered per year (i.e. 80% of French students). National rankings.

Challenges met:Scaling management. Optimizing the MySQL database structure (indexes, keys, relations) and adding a MongoDB database to increase performance.
